Revised proposals

The number of constituencies allocated to each sub-region is determined by the electorate of the combined local authorities. The number of constituencies proposed for the sub-region of Cheshire and the Wirral is 13, a reduction of two on the current allocation. Part of the District of East Cheshire (the Poynton area) has been included in our Greater Manchester sub-region.
